You can use Habitrol Lozenges to help you stop smoking; these lozenges provide either 1mg or 2 mg nicotine to cover the nasty withdrawal effects many experience as they quit smoking.
Whenever you feel you need or want to smoke, just use a lozenge. It's important to use the lozenges correctly ; suck one gently until the taste becomes strong – then park the lozenge between your gum and cheek – suck again when the taste has faded – suck the lozenge slowly so that it remains whole for about 30 minutes.

Don't exceed the maximum recommended number of lozenges daily (15 x 2mg lozenges, or 25 x 1mg lozenges
